Commentary
Guess is 1954 for the year - the notes talk about accomplishments through 1953, and the 50’s were a big time for the PVGC, so they would have had more to say if published later in the 50s in my opinion.

OK, now I wish I could remove comments (maybe I can? need to check that). With Pentinovich on there, it has to be later than 54. Moving to 56.
