I wanted to share that I finally reached out to Rob Cusick (husband to Cheryl Cusick who is Peggy Allen’s niece). Rob had videoed Bill Allen’s funeral service and has shared that video on YouTube. I don’t believe there are any restrictions keeping anyone from viewing the video.
